ONLINE SHIPPING AND RETURNS

-all store sales are final exchanges or store credit only, no refunds. Please contact us within 10 days with unused items in original packaging we require a receipt or proof of purchase (text or email receipt required we do not supply printed receipts).

-please allow 3-5 days for us to process and ship online orders (this does not include custom stationery orders)

-once a package has left our hands and is with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages or delivery issues with your location

-please check the tracking number you are supplied with once your order ships, that will have the most current information on the location of your package

-if you are local and select IN STORE PICK UP you will receive a a pickup notification within 24hrs

-we do not have space to hold your order for more than 30 days. After 30 days your order will be refunded and cancelled
